Compare costs using your own numbers
The Streaming Budget Calculator helps organize subscription prices, one-time rentals and the viewing plans you enter. It can estimate a rough cost per planned title or compare a month with occasional purchases. It is a personal arithmetic tool, not a price feed, financial adviser or ranking of streaming services. RePelis24 cannot see your account, billing history or personalized offers.
First choose a period, such as one month, and list only plans or purchases relevant to that period. Use the availability finder to investigate where a title may be listed, but verify current plan prices and whether the title is included on the provider’s own page. Availability and cost are separate questions.
A simple worked example
Imagine a plan costs 12 units of your local currency for a month and you expect to watch six titles included with it. Dividing 12 by six gives a rough average of two units per planned title. If you watch only one, the effective average becomes twelve. If you rent two additional films, include those charges in the total instead of assuming the plan covers them.
This example is intentionally simple: it ignores taxes, bundles, shared household use and differences in what each title is worth to you. The average is a way to compare scenarios, not proof that one service is objectively better value. Enter estimates consistently and keep the currency and billing period clear.
Include renewals, promotions and extra fees
A promotional price may last only for a stated period before renewal at a different amount. Record both values and when the change occurs. Check the cancellation deadline, whether an add-on is billed separately, and if the title requires a rental fee despite appearing in a service search. Taxes, fees and eligibility depend on provider terms and location.
A free trial may require a payment method and convert to a paid plan. If you choose to try one, rely on the provider’s account settings and your own calendar to manage it. Do not assume a trial, bundle or household arrangement applies to you until you read the current terms directly.
Compare alternatives without overcommitting
Consider whether a service you already pay for includes the title, whether a one-time rental meets a short-term need, or whether you have other authorized options. An annual plan may appear cheaper per month but commits more money up front. Compare the total cost over the period you expect to use it, not just the smallest advertised number.
Before making a change, check cancellation rules, renewal dates and any effect on other household members. The watchlist manager can help identify which titles are genuinely part of your plans. A catalogue count or low average does not show whether a service fits your accessibility needs, interests, devices or budget.
Keep personal information private
Use rounded figures if you need only a rough comparison. Do not enter card numbers, account passwords, billing addresses, customer IDs or other sensitive information. The calculator should need amounts and counts only. Check the tool’s visible privacy note and the Privacy Policy page for how its current implementation stores values.
The calculator does not connect to a provider or retrieve prices. Cost and availability can change, so check the original source before you subscribe, rent or purchase. This utility offers arithmetic, not financial or legal advice. If a privacy statement does not match what the tool does, report the page and behavior using Contact without sending account credentials.
